I love the turtle book! Because it’s nice, I like the turtle shell. This year I went to school dressed up as Rodney the turtle for book week. I made the costume all by myself. My dad cut up an old bucket and I painted the shell pretty green, I cut out the claws and my mum paint my skin green, with big white eyes. I love the adventures that Rodney the turtle goes on! Especially when he gets trapped in the cupboard and Barbara finds him. It was nice to learn that turtles made sounds like click, clack and meow I like that turtles hide under their shell, but I’ve never seen them do it before.
